Personality is Force of Habit




Your brain reacts to stimulus (element of life) through a model of behavior. That model of behavior is dicated by the conditions of early encounters with the stimulus and the continous history with that stimulus. This may mean that one's behavior is almost completely maellable, even in later stages of development. It also supports the idea that you are not your thoughts (also a reaction to stimulus, or your behavior). Most importantly, this can change one's perspective on how they interact with the world from a helpless view to an empowered view.
